  • How soon can I get my order?

    If you select FedEx Priority Express or UPS Express Saver, your order will arrive the next day before noon. FedEx Priority and UPS Standard deliveries will arrive the next day by 7PM.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?

    We unfortunately do not ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses.

  • What happens if I miss the cut-off time for my order?

    Orders placed past the cut-off time will be processed the next business day. However, we’ll make every effort to ship it the same day if time allows.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    If your order has not yet been processed, we are happy to update your shipping address. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at 02475-279555.

  • How soon do orders ship out?

    All orders placed before the cutoff time will be processed and shipped in the same day!
